All my previews and recommended bets will appear here as soon as we have them ready. Bookmark the page and check back here throughout the day. I try to post at least one +EV bet here every day, sometimes more. Check out this article to learn more about how it works.

Depending on activity, the sportsbooks are constantly changing their odds, in both directions - shortening and lengthening - compared to the odds listed here. On Tuesday night we return to the EFL Trophy and the Champions League.

Take Betfred's 11/8 odds (2.38) for at least one clean-sheet when Cambridge Utd and Charlton get going at 7pm in their EFL Trophy match.

The 7:45pm kick-off is Colchester vs MK Dons and Bet365 make it a 5/4 shot (2.25) that at least one side will not score.

AC Milan and Liverpool will play at 8pm in the Champions League. BetVictor have the BTTS No at 29/20 (2.45) and that makes it a value selection in this clash-of-the-titans.

Similarly, Real Madrid vs Stuttgart (also at 8pm) looks destined for deadlock. We like the BTTS No at 6/5 (2.2) with WilliamHill and also the Under 2.5 Goals at 3.20 with Bet365.

We are supporting those two bets in the Real Madrid - Stuttgart game with a small Correct Score side-bet at the big-odds of 30/1 (31.0) that this ends in a goal-less stalemate.

2024-09-16:  Monday

We are looking to build-back-better this week after a September to forget so far. Having picked an 18/1 side bet for Bournemouth to beat Chelsea 1-0 on Saturday evening, it was inevitable that they would be denied from the penalty spot - an opportunity that would have put them 1-0 up. September results have been horrific but we are still playing with the house's money; with a Return On Investment of 4% since these previews began in August. Enough of looking back, let's look forward... we've found some rather grubby stuff on Monday:

The week starts with a 0:00am kick-off on Monday morning with Argentina's Liga Profesional and a game between the Argentinos Jrs and the Newells Old Boys. We are going short-odds-on for this and backing BTTS No at 1.57 with WilliamHill.

Unibet are offering 3.30 odds for BTTS No stateside in the MLS Next Pro league match between Colorado Rapids II and Sporting Kansas City II. They start at 1:00am.

Back to WIlliamHill for the 2:00am clash in the Women's U20 World Cup (why not?). We like Over 3.5 Goals in the USA-Germany game, and 3.25 odds is the price we are looking for. In the same game, take the USA to win at 6/4 (2.50) that is currently available with the folk at Unibet.

USA U20 (W) vs Germany U20 (W)

After those early starts, there will be a 3:30pm game in the Norwegian 1st Division between Egersund and Ranheim.  PaddyPower will give you 7/4 (2.75) about the BTTS No if you are that way inclined.

Stay with PaddyPower and the Icelandic Urvalsdeild match at 8:15pm; we expect at least one clean-sheet between Fylkir and Vikingur Reykjavik and would back the BTTS No at 2.88.

Since we are on PaddyPower for these two, we are also going to put them into a double that pays 7.92 decimal odds.

RESULTS

In the last few weeks, the highest odds picked in these previews was the decimal odds of 9.00 for the winning bet on Home Win 4-0 in the Harju JK Laagri vs Levadia U21 match. There was also a less impressive loss when David's Daily previews picked the short odds of 1.53 for Home in the Dinamo Minsk (W) vs Peamount (W) game.
